After Band Leaders met from
7am to 12pm noon 8/9/11, they do lunch meetings monthly every 2nd Wednesday for Band Council (including Drum Major). Training for leaders included a California Leadership Academy May workshop @King High School, clinics/workshops and other resources (Instrumentalist, SBO, World of Pageantry, etc.).
